This October, Walton Homes is embracing the spooky season with an exciting Autumn Prize Giveaway – and you could be the lucky winner of a £250 Next voucher!
Running from Wednesday 2nd October to Tuesday 29th October 2025, this fun and festive competition is the perfect excuse to visit one of our stunning show homes, enjoy a family-friendly activity, and possibly bag yourself a treat (no tricks involved!).
Taking part is easy and fun – just follow the steps below during your visit to our show home:

Spot the Hidden Leaves 🍁
As you explore, keep your eyes peeled! We've hidden maple leaves throughout the home. How many can you find?
Count Them Up
Make a note of the total number of leaves you’ve spotted.
Fill in an Entry Form
Head to the Sales Office and pick up an entry form. You’ll need to provide:
Your Name
Contact Number
Email Address
And your answer: Total Leaves Found
Submit Your Entry
Drop your completed form into the entry box in the Sales Office.
That’s it! All correct entries will be entered into our Halloween Prize Draw.
One lucky winner will receive a £250 Next voucher, perfect for refreshing your autumn wardrobe, home décor, or early Christmas shopping.
The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries and announced on Halloween – Friday 31st October 2025. We'll contact the winner using the details provided on their entry form.
The competition runs from 2nd October to 31st October 2025, with entries accepted between 2nd–29th October.
Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
One entry per person.
Only entries with the correct number of pumpkins and complete contact details will be considered valid.
The winner will be contacted on 31st October 2025.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
