More Awards for Woodwinds and Acresford Park

Two of our Site Managers have won “The Bricks” Recognition Awards for our Woodwinds and Acresford Park developments.
What are The Bricks Recognition Awards?
These awards recognise the very best developments, construction practices and workmanship throughout the year.
How do these sites get nominated?
The LABC (Local Authority Building Control) Warranty Risk Management Surveyors score each site during inspection visits. Each site is verified by their Regional Managers for consistency and the best sites receive a site recognition certificate.
During each inspection visit, scores are based on the standard of the site management including:
- Quality of workmanship at different stages of construction
- Health and safety on site
- Site tidiness and organisation
- General cooperation
- Standard of site management
The two site managers who have won these awards include:
Carl Brough, who won The Bricks award for his management of our Woodwinds development, this award will be his third “The Bricks” award for Woodwinds alone as well as winning a regional award which you can read more about here. These awards truly reflect his professionalism and exceptional standards of site management. Andy Shenton has also won The Bricks award for his outstanding work on our Acresford Park development. This will also be Andy’s third “The Bricks” award for Acresford Park which really shows his high standards of work and attention to detail. We’re really proud of both Carl and Andy for their hard work at both sites and we feel that having won The Bricks awards numerous times, this reflects their professionalism. We are incredibly appreciative to have such great people within our Walton Homes team and we will always strive for the highest quality.
