Part-time Cleaner

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team at Walton Homes Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our offices, stock plots, and show homes across Staffordshire, Warwickshire and the Midlands. This is an essential role that contributes to the overall presentation and professionalism of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties in offices, stock plots, and show homes, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, and organized to provide a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies while performing cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning times and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Assist with occasional deep cleaning projects as needed.
- Be able to work alone and independently complete tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to commute to multiple locations
