Walton Homes has completed work on an exclusive collection of three bespoke properties in Burton-on-Trent.
The spacious five-bedroom homes are located in the sought-after Stapenhill area, positioned off the private Tower Road and offering an ideal blend of town and rural living.
Sarah Summerton, director for the business, said: “We are very proud to unveil this development – there has been a considerable amount of interest in The Meadows not only because of the exclusive location of the development, but because each of the properties is completely individual, and I’m delighted to say that we already have a purchaser for Highfield House.
“We have sited a number of our developments in and around Burton on Trent, which is a very popular choice with buyers because of its rich brewing history, its easy access links and its proximity to the countryside. The Meadows has a particularly idyllic location as it has an elevated position on the outskirts of the town and is surrounded by National Forest.
“The properties themselves; Fairview House, Northlea House and Highfield House, have been individually designed to make them unique, with luxurious fixtures and fittings throughout, oak feature staircases and double garages with additional ample parking,” she said.
The detached houses have been completed to the highest specification, including Rangemaster appliances, Porcelanosa tiles and Earthstone worktops.
“We knew there was a demand for homes in the region due to enquiries before we secured the land, and since we started work at the beginning of the year, we’ve had a lot of interest. The select number of properties meant that we would never be able to site a show-home at the development, and we wanted all three houses to be completed before we officially launched The Meadows so that purchasers could appreciate the final product,” said Sarah.
“We have an ongoing list of interested parties and will be contacting them to arrange private viewings for the final two homes,” she added.
