Walton Homes, the Staffordshire based luxury housebuilder, has named Kids’ Village as its Charity of the Year for 2025.
The family-run business has a long-standing reputation for building exceptional properties across the Midlands and is now turning its efforts to supporting the lifechanging charity, which is dedicated to creating magical getaways for children with critical illnesses and their families.
Based in Lichfield, Kids' Village is on a mission to provide much-needed breaks and moments of joy for families who are facing some of life's toughest challenges. Based on a beautiful site in the heart of the UK, upon completion Kids’ Village will be the first purpose-built holiday village for sick children and their families to enjoy.
The Village will comprise 10 four-bedroomed lodges and a central facility, The Hive, for communal activities.
Across the duration of the relationship, Walton Homes will help drive fundraising initiatives, corporate engagement, and employee participation to support the creation of the UK’s first holiday village designed especially for critically ill children.
As part of the partnership, Walton Homes will donate £200 to Kids’ Village for every new home sold in 2025; an initiative that will make a huge difference to Kids’ Village’s funds.
