We’re proud to have marked the successful conclusion of our year‑long charity partnership with Charlotte’s Kids Village by presenting our final donation to the Lichfield‑based charity.
Most recently, we donated £4,000 to Charlotte’s Kids Village, raised through our pledge to donate £200 for every open‑market plot sold and completed throughout 2025 and the first quarter of 2026. This follows an earlier donation of £3,200 made in October 2025, bringing our total contribution to more than £7,200 over the course of the partnership.
Charlotte’s Kids Village was selected as our Charity of the Year in January 2025. The charity is working towards creating the UK’s first purpose‑built holiday village designed to offer respite, joy and precious family time for children with life‑limiting illnesses and their families. Located on a beautiful site near Lichfield, the completed village will provide families with a welcoming and supportive environment during some of life’s most challenging moments. Alongside our financial donations, we were also delighted to donate a full house’s worth of furniture to help fully furnish one of the village’s four‑bedroom lodges. Once complete, the site will feature 10 lodges, as well as a central communal hub known as Charlotte's Den, designed to host shared activities and bring families together.
