At Walton Homes, we’re delighted to be celebrating a wonderful surge in new home reservations over the past four weeks, making this one of our strongest late-year sales periods in many years.
As Christmas approaches, we’ve seen interest continue to build across our developments in Staffordshire and Warwickshire, with buyers eager to secure their dream home for the new year and beyond.
We’ve been thrilled to welcome a wide range of buyers through our doors recently—from motivated movers hoping to be settled early in 2026, to first-time buyers keen to take advantage of competitive seasonal deals, and families searching for the perfect long-term home. The release of new plots, combined with attractive festive incentives and our recent Black Friday offers, has created fantastic momentum as we head towards the end of the year.
Our Sales team has been especially encouraged by the sustained level of interest continuing right through December. It’s been a truly positive and rewarding way to close out 2025, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has chosen to begin their homeownership journey with Walton Homes.
