18 December 2024

Our 40th Anniversary celebration presented the perfect opportunity to celebrate Walton Homes site managers, suppliers, employees, and contractors, to thank them for all the hard work and dedication they put in every day.

Walton Homes Director, Amy Summerton, said: “Congratulations to every one of our well-deserved award winners. We are extremely proud to have such reputable, hard-working, and exceptional employees, suppliers and contractors who continuously strive to offer nothing but the best.”

Supplier of the Year – Walter Tipper Ltd

Subcontractor of the Year – Cahill Contractors

Storeman of the Year – William Wootton

Site Manager of the Year – Carl Brough

Individual of the Year – Mark Gear

Cahill Contractors Managing Director, Joe Cahill, said: “Winning the Subcontractor of the Year award is testament to our entire team's forward-thinking approach across all sites, strong beliefs in working safety, and dedication to producing quality work for every project. Receiving this award after working with Walton Homes for a number of years means a great deal, and winning during their 40th anniversary celebration makes it even more special.”

Tippers Contract Sales Manager, Fezan Mohammed said: “Our team is incredibly proud to receive this award. It highlights the strong, collaborative relationship we’ve built, where Tippers delivers what’s needed, when it’s needed, and Walton Homes recognizes the importance of that reliability. It’s a two-way process made smoother by the approachability of Walton Homes’ team, including Hayley, the buyer, Gary, the contracts manager, and the site agents.”

Walton Homes Individual of the Year, Mark Gear said: ““I am both delighted to be recognised for my work but equally shocked to win as I am a more recent addition to the Customer Care Department, so it made his win even more special. My award now takes pride of place at home!!”.

Reflecting on the 40th Anniversary celebrations, Amy continues: “The outlook for Walton Homes is bright, and we are excited to embrace the future of homebuilding by focusing on innovation, sustainability, and the unique needs of the families we serve. The way we live is constantly evolving, and at Walton Homes, we are keeping pace with these changes. We aim to create homes that grow with families and adapt to their ever-changing needs”
