Walton Homes hears from Mike & Lucy Williams!

“Where you tend a rose, a thistle cannot grow.” – Frances Hodgson Burnett, The Secret Garden

To that we can agree! At Acresford Park, Mike & Lucy Williams have tended to their very own Rose Garden lining the front of their home.

Following a downsizing decision, Mike and Lucy realised that they actually needed more space than they expected. With grandchildren, family and friend visits, the couple decided to make their move to Acresford Park, to the exceptional four-bedroom Littleford!

Lucy said that life in The Littleford is “perfect for every retired person with grandchildren. It has four beds, a nice big kitchen diner – which we live in mostly – and a nice big lounge, which last Christmas we had around 30 people for lunch.”

Their Walton Home has offered them the freedom the enjoy life to the fullest, with a peaceful location, overlooking the beautiful canal and water pond to the front of the development, Mike and Lucy were, and continue to be, in love with the development that they call home.

“Everyone has been wonderful. Lucy is just amazing. She is lovely and a real testament to the company”

The couple have lived at Acresford Park with their cheeky 7-year-old Boxer, Diesel for 2 years now and they continue to have nothing but lovely things to say about the area, the buying process and of course, our lovely Sales Advisor, Lucy!

Mr Williams stated that “everyone has been wonderful. Lucy is just amazing, she’s really, really good!”. Both Mr and Mrs Williams agreed that Lucy “deserves so much recognition because she takes it all on board. It doesn’t matter what we take to her, she always gets it sorted. She is lovely and a real testament to the company.

After discussing a little bit about the development, our sales team, and the site in general. We discussed the absolutely gorgeous Rose Garden at the front of their home.

In full bloom, the Rose Garden looks like something from a fairy tale, a vibrant and welcoming addition to the front of their home. Even on the rain-days, this Rose Garden offers so much colour and life to not only their home but to the development.

Their garden is just as beautiful, with personally landscaped areas, thriving plants and flowers creating an oasis of purples, greens and so many more energetic hues of nature. A true testament to the hard work and dedication of Mike and Lucy in making their home a sanctuary filled with colour, vibrancy, life, love, and joy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time speaking with Mike and Lucy and wish them all the happiness and fun in the future!

Let’s not forget, a special shoutout and our love to Diesel, whose playful, cheeky face has made all of us at Walton Homes smile!
