Woodwinds, Our New 50 Home Development

September 2022 saw the launch of our new development in the picturesque North Warwickshire village of Warton, Tamworth – Woodwinds. The site took its name from an old Windmill which was famous in the village, which was demolished last century. The 50-plot development has so far been a hit with the locals and visitors from further afield and our Danescroft, 2 bedroom bungalow show home, has had plenty of admirers already. The development is expected to be completed around September 2024; however we have been successfully selling off-plan with 6 sales already on the board.
