Staffordshire developer Walton Homes has started construction work on three luxury homes in Stapenhill, near Burton-upon-Trent.
Following consultation with potential buyers to ascertain the most desirable locations across the county, work is now underway at the site, accessed from the private Tower Road, and is expected to be completed this summer.
Each of the five-bedroom properties at The Meadows will be individually designed and completed to the to the highest specification, including Rangemaster appliances, Porcelanosa tiles and Earthstone worktops and a range of options and extras available*.
Amy Summerton, Director at Walton Homes, said: “As a business, we’re committed to siting our developments throughout the Midlands to meet buyer demand, often undertaking consultation with potential buyers to find out what they want from a new home in terms of location and facilities.
“Over the last couple of years we’ve had a number of enquiries about new homes in Burton-upon-Trent, and undertook a site search accordingly.
“We anticipate a huge demand in The Meadows due to the exclusive location and high specification of the properties. The homes are located on the outskirts of the historic brewing town of Burton, providing an idyllic compromise between town-centre and rural living courtesy of the national forest surrounding the site.
“All three homes, Fairview House, Northlea House and Highfield House, have been individually designed to make them unique, with luxurious fixtures and fittings throughout, oak feature staircases and double garages with additional ample parking.”
Amy added that with build progressing on schedule, the business is now accepting Early Bird Reservations to give homebuyers the chance to secure first refusal on the properties.
