Three New Show Homes to be launched this weekend!

Walton Homes will be opening the doors to three new show homes during a special open day at its Brindley Rise development in Rugeley this weekend (Saturday 21st April).
During the open day, visitors will be invited to explore the newly decorated and furnished three bedroom Ebington house, the one bedroom Picwell apartment and the three bedroom Lichfield three storey townhouse, in addition to the current three bedroom detached Arden show home.
All three new show homes have been designed to appeal to a variety of househunters, ranging from first time buyers to those with young families and downsizers.
Helen Rollason, sales manager at Walton Homes said: “Launching three new show homes on the same day is pretty unheard of at most housing developments but we wanted to showcase to people the variety of homes on offer at Brindley Rise – after all there really is something here for everyone.

According to recent statistics Rugeley has been named as a hotspot for house purchases in England and Wales, coming second in a survey for current house sales. The town saw a 30 per cent increase in the number of homes sold in 2011.
