How to Shop our Options and Upgrades

Walton Homes prides itself on the range of options and upgrades available to purchasers throughout the build of their new home. We appreciate that a home is a deeply personal space that you might want to make your own before you even take the keys.

From the moment you reserve your property you get to take advantage of our suggested options and upgrades or even come to us with a bespoke request, whilst we try to accommodate every request there is the odd occasion where we are unable to, but there is certainly no harm in asking!

Once you have identified your new Walton Home speak to our Sales Negotiator to view our Options and Upgrades list, however it is key to remember that whilst we do provide indicative prices these can be subject to change due to the current industry price increases.

A variation request will be completed for any changes you wish to make to your property, in addition we will request plans to be drafted and for your signature to ensure that what we quote for is exactly what you want.

Once you have completed this paperwork this is sent to Head Office where everything will be price checked and quoted to you by way of a formal letter.

On receipt of your quotation, we encourage you to check the details carefully to ensure everything listed is as expected, the prices for each item will be listed alongside so you can easily decide what you do wish to proceed with.

Should you notice anything to be incorrect please raise this with your Sales Negotiator or directly with Head Office and we will look to respond to any queries as soon as possible.

You will have 7 working days in which to accept the quotation by way of both signing and making payment for the extras you do wish to proceed with. If we have not received any response from you, we will assume that you do not wish to proceed with the items and will cancel the document.

Walton Homes allows for this time frame as all houses under construction are subject to continual build progress, meaning that your home will be more progressed week by week. We will not delay the build of a property whilst a purchaser selects their options and upgrades, and some items can cost considerably more to retro fit after certain build stages have been completed so we do encourage you to decide at the earliest opportunity.
