Construction starts on new housing site in Kingsbury

Construction has now started on an exclusive housing development, named Evergreens, in Kingsbury, which is being delivered by Lichfield based developer Walton Homes.
Located on Trinity Road, the small development – a characteristic typical of Walton’s residential schemes – will consist of just four homes when completed.
Boasting new architectural designs, the Evergreens will offer four and five bedroom luxury houses and based on the recent trends at its other smaller developments, Walton Homes expects demand to far outstrip supply.

In stark contrast to many larger house builders in the UK, Walton Homes has also committed to starting construction at two more sites in Staffordshire this year. The upcoming schemes will both be located in Armitage and will be called Squires Gate and Newington Place, offering a selection of three, four and five bedroom houses.
