The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing both traditional and digital with a housebuilding background. They will work as part of a small team to provide efficient marketing strategy creation as well as executing the marketing strategy accordingly.
They will assist with day-to-day marketing activities including regular checking and updating of website, third party portals and external Estate Agents.
Content creation and social media scheduling along with managing all social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok.
They will be able to creative briefs to third party suppliers including but not limited to signage and printing.
Assisting with copywriting for the website, brochures and window displays. Including development overviews, plot descriptions, advertising, blog posts for the website and social media.
You will have basic skills for art working and graphic design to assist with price lists, advertising (both digital and print), window displays, website graphics, social media graphics.
We require the successful applicant to have a good range of IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Key requirements
You should be a highly organised individual with examples of multi-tasking in a previous role
Knowledge of the construction industry is required
You should have knowledge of social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram
Good understanding of marketing and sales is beneficial
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word essential.
Design abilities on Canva, Photoshop
