Having led the way, with one family owned business in providing The Midlands with stylish homes in the 70’s and 80’s and subsequently being acquired by one of the countries leading national house builders, this expertise couldn’t remain suppressed for too long… Walton Homes was born over 40 years ago.

From the locations we choose to develop, to producing our finished homes, every step of the process of building your new home is meticulously considered with our purchasers in mind.
