This role is a customer facing role where you will be managing the sales activities on the development, taking reservations, contract chasing through to legal completion.
Role Description
The role will include but will not be limited to:
Managing the sales activities, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, customer extras and legal completions to ensure achievement of sales targets.
Manage communication and administration associated with sales transactions, including liaising with Solicitors, Estate Agents and New Homes Mortgage Advisers.
Communicate with customers to ensure the pre-move and after-sales is adhered to.
Work cohesively with other departments
Maintain the sales office and show homes on the development in line with brand and company standards. Comply with the Group Health, Safety and Environment Policy and ensure compliance of prospective buyers during site visits and pre-sale and new home demonstrations to minimise incidents and accidents.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A good understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word
Experience within a similar role in new homes sales/estate agency or delivering sales in a service environment is advantageous
Commercially astute with a good understanding of the market and competitors
Able to build relationships across functions, internally and externally
Full UK Driving Licence is required
