We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our Head Office team!

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration ideally with a housebuilding background along with a basic understanding of marketing including social media and digital.

They will work as part of a small team to provide efficient professional administrative support, be responsible for processing sales paperwork accurately including reservation forms, cancellation forms, customer extras, quotations, and general liaison with customers.

They will assist with day-to-day marketing activities including website updates, content creation and social media scheduling, creative briefs to third party suppliers and reception cover across the business where required.

We require the successful applicant to have a good range of IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
