We are a small private house builder based in Lichfield seeking a full-time experienced Customer Care Administrator for our business.

The perfect candidate will have experience of dealing with customers acting as first line of contact, be welcoming and friendly.  You will work as part of a small team to provide efficient professional administrative support and reception cover across the business where required.

You will be flexible in your approach and use initiative and judgment to organise a varied workload to support our customers and team.

You will be an experienced administrator with a good range of IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
