Walton Homes unveils new brand to mark 30th anniversary

Staffordshire-based developer Walton Homes has unveiled a brand new identity as it marks three decades in business.

The family-run business, based in Lichfield, decided to celebrate the landmark anniversary by investing in a new look and feel for the business as it launches the latest development in its portfolio: Swallowhurst.

Sarah Summerton, director of the business, said: “We’re extremely proud of our business’ heritage and the reputation for quality we’ve built up over the past three decades, but as we reached that landmark, we wanted to bring our image up to date.

“Walton Homes prides itself on choosing prime locations and ensuring each of its sites are constructed using materials sympathetic to their environment. From contemporary town centre apartments to rural stone-wall cottages, each of our properties is of the highest quality, and our service is of the highest standard.

“It is that commitment that has established our reputation over the past three decades, and it’s one we’re keen to cement further in the coming years. We wanted our new identity to reflect upon our past heritage but also welcome a new era of home-building for the company,” she added.

The new identity comprises of a new logo, signage, brochures, website and a new look and feel to Walton Homes’ social media channels. The branding will be rolled out over the coming months and will first be unveiled on November 28th when Walton Homes introduces Swallowhurst; a stunning new rural development in Tamworth.

Located along a private driveway off Overwoods Road in Hockley, the site will comprise of 29 two, three and four bedroom homes following 13 beautiful new designs.

Over its 30-year history, Walton Homes has completed 150 developments, providing homes as far north as Nottingham and as far south as Worcestershire.
