Walton Homes is set to unveil a much-anticipated show-home at its Swallowhurst development in Tamworth this weekend.
After a huge amount of interest since its launch last year, and the business has been besieged with requests to open a show-home to inspire potential buyers.
On Saturday February 27th, Walton Homes will open the doors of The Dalton to the public, revealing a statement interior inspired by the Paris Interiors Show.
Sarah Summerton, director, says: “I think people are going to be a little surprised at the décor of this property. We’ve used some bold shades of blue, which is a key colour this year, and hope that it’s something out of the ordinary and will get a few creative juices flowing for those buyers who do want to settle at the Tamworth development and take some tips and influences from the house.
“As always with an open day, there will be an opportunity for buyers to purchase off plan, thereby having a say in some of the fixtures and fittings their chosen property features,” she adds.
Sales advisors will be on site to provide details and handle any queries visitors may have.
The showhome will be opened at 11am on Saturday, and will be open to the public from 11am-5pm Thursday-Monday inclusive from then on.
